This switch is a single pole ON/OFF switch rated at 10A 220/250VAC and is suitable as a replacement for the Dimplex, Belling, Sunhouse range of electric fires. The rocker is coloured red but does not have the ISO legend (a circle and bar) indicating the ON/OFF position.
This is a press-fit switch and requires a panel cut-out of 30mm x 10.2mm. The orginal switch cutout is in imperial units and will have to be modified to accept the ISO standard. You will require a small 6mm flat file to re-dress the cutout to accept this later type of switch.
The ON/OFF terminals are nickle plated brass. The indicator connection, if required, is coloured natural brass.
Illuminated Rocker Switch: Please note that if an illuminated rocker switch is required the brass coloured connection must be taken to a suitable neutral wire in the appliance.
